Dreams - Caerphilly

We purchased a bed at this store several weeks ago and was extremely pleased. The staff are so friendly. We returned yesterday for another more expensive bed and couldn't be more pleased with the friendliness of the staff. They are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Richard was really helpful, acknowledging that he knew exactly what we were looking for, and not too pushy. He also noted that we parked in a disabled spot and explained that we could have the vat removed because of this. Steve....made me a lovely cup of coffee. 2nd bed we bought her in a few weeks and would definitely go back.......and tell our friends.

David salesman was very knowledgable with products we were interested within the store. Hence our purchase.

Sales man was helpful and he knew what he was talking about told me about the bed i was interested in and terms of purchase bit disappointed about the price but it was what I wanted overall very pleased with the service i got

I was greeted by Richard a few minutes after entering the store. I had an appointment in an hour so took advantage of his knowledge of the products available to save me time. I told him what I was looking for. He listened well and made a suggestion and invited me to try the bed. He was not pushy, but helpful. This is important and he hot it right. He offered me coffee. A really nice touch. He got me a special pillow for front sleepers to really try the bed as I would sleep. We discussed the actual composition of the mattress and I tried a diffetent bed. He knew what he was talking about and I was very impressed. The paperwork was completed very quickly and I was surpried at the delivery date being so soon. All done in about half an hour.
