Dreams - Caerphilly

The staff were brilliant. We were offered tea and coffee as soon as we walked into the store. Tim was very knowledgeable but didn't pressure us into a sale.

The service received from the manager Steven. He was very knowledgeable and offered tea/coffee and got my 6 year old a drink. He knew when to offer help and when to leave is to talk. Excellent service.

Friendly and competent staff. Good choice of beds and accessories. Value for money.

Tim at the Caerphilly branch was extremely professional and friendly. He showed me all the mattresses and pillows available and with his expertise I was able to confidently buy the products I needed. He also had his work colleague to make me a nice cup of coffee whilst he sorted all the paperwork out. Tim and his work colleague are a credit to your business.

David was awesome, he took time to find out what I really needed. When he had to leave he handed me over to a manager, only when I was sure of what I wanted and Steve was kind and funny. Everyone in the shop was really nice to my young son who was excited and running around.

Highly satisfied with the service received in the shop. We purchased mattress on our first visit in the shop which is unusual as my husband is very fussy when it comes to buying.

Richard the sales assistant was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was a real credit to Dreams.

The assistant was extremely helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he explained the make up of the different mattresses. He wasn't at all pushy or overbearing he gave us a pillow and told us that we could try them out and if we made a decision we could try the mattress for 40 days at home and if dissatisfied exchange for another. Delivery was easy and great that they took the old mattress away. Very pleased 🙂

We greeted by Steven as we entered very well mannered and polite,asked us if we want a tea or coffee.we told him what we were looking for and he showed us the mattresses and went through all the options and the price range with us overall we had a great service and would go back and see Steven nice gentleman

We were served by Tim who was excellent. he established our needs and had excellent product knowledge. I felt that he really cared about what e wanted and established a good rapport. nothing was too much trouble and he didn't make me feel rushed into a decision. He had excellent sales skills and I actually purchased the side tables and blanket box to go with my bed and mattress. I can't praise him enough. I still need to purchase further beds and furniture and I would definitely go back to Tim in the near future. A great experience in the store by a very friendly, enthusiastic and trustworthy member of staff. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends.
