The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. Even offered us a cup of tea or coffee.

didn't know what to look for in a new bed and was very happy to listen to the staff member , the way the store was laid out made it very easy to see what we wanted and try out the product. we decided on what bed was for us and went to the desk to talk to the staff member , he talked us through our choice and was very helpful. we were happy with the prompt delivery date.

The sales people were extremely helpful to the point where Steve lent me his glasses. Nothing was too much trouble we changed our minds a few times and were not pressured into spending more than our budget. The range of accessories was excellent and complemented our purchase. I just wish all stores had the Dream attitude, no pressure, really helpful and all done with a smile. Darren Bethell
