Staff showed a personal interest in us and our needs as a potential buyer without a feeling of pressure. What made our experience even nicer was that the staff remembered us from our last visit (a couple of years ago) when we were looking for our little boys bed. At seperate points, Tim and Alun helped us during our visit to the store and were very helpful with their knowledge as they guided us around the range of beds that were most suited to us, based on our answers to their questions. Overall, a very pleasant buying experience and we're looking forward to the delivery of our new bed!

Sales Manager was friendly but not pushy. He was happy to offe refreshments But it felt like there was no pressure to buy. He seemed very confident in the quality of the products so not necessary for a pressured sales pitch.

Tim served us with welcome to dreams and left us browse the store until we approached him for assistance spent time with us looking at different options. We have been back since and got our two other boys mattresses.

Fast and efficent. Picked up the mattress straight away as one in store.

Tim greeted us as soon as we entered the store and offered to help. He quickly understood our needs and directed us to the right area. He was very knowledgable and helped us to quickly find exactly what we wanted. It was such a quick, easy and stress free experience. Tim was friendly and really proactive. He told us about the offer on the mattress, offered us the extra cover and even told us about an offer because we were making a purchase which led us to buy more but all at such great value we couldn’t resist. We feel like we had great value for money with the items we purchased. We will be going back there when we need more items!

The gentleman who was there welcomed us and then left us look around , he shortly came back, offered us refreshments and his service. There was no pressure to buy, he was so knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. There was a great deal of choice in store and quite a few offers on.

The staff member who dealt with me was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff member who sold the mattress was very helpful and delivery communication was excellent.

Steve at the Caerphilly store was very informative and helpful providing different options available within our price range as well as suggesting alternative products available to us.

We were greeted straight away by Steve and then were offered to try a variety of beds. He gave advice on how best to choose a new bed for us. He was very helpful and we left feeling happy with our purchase which did not take long at all.
