We were welcomed to the store by Alun. he was able to show us what we asked for and discussed what our options were on choosing our new bed. He was friendly and didn't try to rush us in any way to make a purchase. Overall our visit was a pleasant one.

The friendly welcome by Steve as soon as I walked through the door. I was not pressured or harassed,only offered assistance. Steve did his best to help me with my enquiries (what model was the upgraded Smart Samsung Tv).Though we couldn't find it. The patience shown regarding me trying to find the right mattress,got there in the end. The excellent explanation of all the offers and going through my order before any signatures. All in all I was pleasantly surprised.

Welcomed on arrival, Steve was very friendly and very helpful and patient with us and helped us loads. Made sure we had everything we wanted and done so much for us. It was a very great visit felt very comfortable and at ease and felt as though I could approach him to ask for anything we needed.
