Shop was quiet and had the attention of the staff who understood what I was looking for in the way of material and firmness of mattress .I was even informed about the 40 day trial which seems very reasonable.

Assistance was offered as soon as I entered the store. I was shown a range of products that would suit my needs. I was able to browse the store freely then return to secure my purchase. I was offer refreshment, my experience was very positive, the sales representative was very polite and professional. I was offered a range of other products to purchase.

The gentleman couldn’t do enough for us, we told him what bed we wanted and he spent time explaining different thing. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t go anyway else.

The sales person Steve was welcoming, friendly and patient. Excellent service, I was even given a bottle of water which was welcome given the weather conditions. He also clearly knew the products well, and was dedicated to me finding the right mattress. A pleasure to shop there!

The products were available to take away at the time, no ordering, My Son needed His mattress changed asap and this was done at a good price with friendly service! Many Thanks to Tim!

Alun and Steve were professional and were friendly and polite from start to finish. They worked well together as a team and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent customer service. Steve even gave me a bottle of ice cold water which was greatly appreciated in the current heat wave.
