Dreams - Caerphilly

Went in for a bed that I needed ASAP, staff member was quick and straight forward and answered all of my questions as well as getting the order complete as I was pushed for time... Good service and made it easy.

Hi, we called into dreams for a look and it was our first stop. Your staff were on hand with offers of help, we were aloud to look around the sales assistance(Dee.) came back to help us with any questions. (Very good). We went and had a look around but came back. And ordered a bed. And even pillows. Dee was briliant and we had a lovely cup of coffee while the paperwork was sorted.

everything was set out well, easy to find what we were looking for and to try what we were looking at. Staff member was very good - NOT PUSHY, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products

It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I can remember - David was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I knew all about the different mattresses and made sure I knew at every step what I was buying

The service we encountered was excellent. We were greeted on arrival and given all the information we needed on the product we were buying.Also we were offered a drink.We were given space to allow us to browse on our own without any pressure.which I think is important.,because when spending that amount of money you need to make the right choice. We have shopped at Dreams before because we feel confident in the quality of the goods provided.

We visited your Caerphilly Store as we'd previously had good experiences at Dreams shops. The male staff members were not pushy, allowed us to experience differing price ranges in the mattresses we thought we wanted - not being enamoured of our current memory foam 5' bed, which is 5 years old. We were professionally guided towards more conventional types of mattress and quickly found the one we wanted. We weren't in a particular hurry for delivery and so settled on a mutually convenient date. We also bought new pillows and covers etc., Total spend £957!

Someone was waiting to assist as soon as I walked into the store, I told him what I was looking for and made a purchase within 10 mins, I had a cup of coffee and he was very friendly and polite. The products were good quality and well presented and store was very clean

steve and dave helped me and my partner with a brilliant focus on what we needed and didn’t push a hard sell letting us choose what was right for us. Nothing was to much effort for them absolutely incredible customer service
