Alun, was very helpful and knowledgeable

Alun sales, assistant in caerphilly was really helpful and not pushy. He could see. My difficulty with walking and made sure I could sit down when needed.

Richard was very helpful,courteous,knowledgeable and friendly and advised me fully on the products available. I was very much at ease with him as being a widower and COVID I have found it very difficult to go out and about in shops etc. He made me very welcome and would recommend him to anyone I come into contact with.

When I walked in I was approached by Richard who asked if he could help. I said I was just looking but he mentioned that when buying a bed it came in two parts, the mattress being the most important, followed by the bed selection. Choosing the wrong mattress could be disastrous. He talked to me about the computer which calculates the kind of mattress needed so I gave it a go. I’m sure that if I hadn’t engaged with Richard, I wouldn’t have bought the right mattress for me. He was very helpful. Morgan made me a cup of tea as I was there for quite a while choosing the bed I wanted. I didn’t catch the names of the other salesmen but I have to say, it was a really enjoyable and satisfying experience buying my new bed. The store was really clean, ensured Covid safety at all times, very organised and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning in the future or recommending this store to family and friends.

The salesman was great

Alun greeted us as we entered and explained everything that would make our visit easy. Alun was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. We had every confidence in him and felt very comfortable with selecting the best bed for us.

I spoke with a lovely lady called Dee she was extremely friendly and helpful as soon as we Walked through the door, there was no pressure from her she had all the tile in the world and wanted the best for us and for our comfort. I work in sales myslef and take a very similar approach there’s nothing worse than feeling pushed into something, she also answered all of our questions, as it was the first time purchasing a new mattress for myslef and my dad. You store colleague Dee was great, a real credit to the company. She went above and beyond to help us. My wife is pregnant so we had a few questions that she helped with.

Dee, the sales assistant was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. She was knowledgeable and professional, without being 'pushy' which I appreciated. I was working within a tight budget, and felt that she did everything she could to get me the best deal and mattress within my price range.

The staff was very helpful in what we wanted Would highly recommend to any one who needed a bed etc.
