David could not have been more considerate or helpful during our visit. He did not hesitate to move a mattress onto a lower base for my 85 year old mother to try, as she could not get onto the higher one. He then discreetly left her to get on and off the bed. He was a perfect gentleman, kind and helpful! Offered us a cup of tea, mum was not rushed or pressured in any way. She also chose to have her old mattress recycled and bought a new duvet. We have already recommended Dreams to another family member.

Good knowledge of the products I explained what I wanted and the assistant found a bed to suit. Friendly and approachable staff lots of products to look at and try.

We were made very welcome on arrival by staff member Alun Strange who took care of our every need including a cup of tea he showed us a range of products that we could choose from. There was no pressure at any point the store manager also made us feel very welcome.

The gentleman who served me was very helpful and explained in detail what products were available. He also apologised for not being able to welcome me to the store and offered me a cup of tea!

Amazing staff! An employee named Steve helped me and my partner who were buying a bed for the first time and he was amazing. He had wonderful knowledge of all the products, giving advice when asked but he also allowed us time to think and talk without feeling like he was pressurising us as some sales people often can.

Steve the store manager understood my needs having lower back issues. He was able to direct me to various mattress. He didt pressure me and allowed me to try it out without a salesman on my back for pressure. David also made me a lovely cup of tea whilst we went through the sales particulars

Steve was very knowledgeable about the products and the discount of 60% also helped.
