David, the assistance, was exceptional in helping us with our query. His knowledge was really helpful and nothing was a problem to him. He answered our questions without hesitation.

Received ample explanation re Tempur products and innovations since our previous Tempur purchase 6 years ago. Happy to spend time alowing us to trial various mattress types and pillows in order to find the best solution for our requirements. In all honesty, we were not easy customers and returned a couple of times before placing our order. Nevertheless, we were treated with the same courtesy!.

Alun, the sales assistant was knowledgeable about the products. He answered all our questions clearly and have us good advice. He gave us plenty of time to look around and try out different beds. Alum was aware of our budget and didn't make us feel uncomfortable by steering us to spend more.

The assistant Steve was very knowledgeable on the products and listened to our wants to fit us with the right product. As we didn't have the largest of budgets Steve was very helpful in guiding us around the store to products that suited that. He was happy to go above and beyond to help and done everything with a smile on his face. The store itself was well laid out so easy to navigate around. The added bonus was tea's and coffee to walk around with.

A very enjoyable shopping experience. We were greeted as we entered the store and offered assistance. A lovely member of staff named ‘Steven’ asked us a few questions as to what we were looking for and offered us a hot drink. Steven advised us on which beds to look at and try out, talking us through the differences of each one. Finally after deciding to go for the mattress, ottoman base and headboard, Steven also advised us to buy the mattress protector and pillows. We also took out a guarantee on the ottoman base. We were very satisfied with the prompt service and would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

From the moment I arrived in the store I was offered the assistance I needed. Your colleague listened to my needs and then helped me make the choice based on my needs. Very pleasant and not "pushy" which always annoys me.
