When walking into dreams Caerphilly I walked in started looking within I’d say 4/5 minutes I was approached by a lovely gentleman Tim, I feel it gave me enough time to look and then be approached. It was too much. I explained why I was looking for a new mattress as I have back issues he showed me a few different options with different values which I feel was good as he didn’t suggest that I wouldn’t be able to afford something he gave me expensive options and also cheaper ones too. He was lovely and very efficient.

The dreams employee Tim was very knowledgeable took the time to understand our needs. Wasn't trying to push any particular products just stated the facts about the various products. Which made us feel at ease when purchasing.
