Dreams - Caerphilly

Went to the Caerphilly store and was met by Steve who gave us lots of options based on our needs . Steve stayed with us throughout the process and efficiently put our order through on the computer without issue .

The salesman was knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in and a pleasure to do business with.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful in pointing out the various types of mattresses and understood our requirements as to what type would be our best choice

I was only intending to look at options. I haven't been sleeping well and I had had enough. I had a cup of tea on arrival and had time to look around. The staff all seemed friendly. He understood and didn't push when I said I could not afford the top end. He listened to my needs. Next minute, why not came to mind.

Excellent greeting when walked into the shop. Asked would we like a coffee or tea prior to asking what we were looking which made us feel welcome and a valid customer from the word off. Once I decided what I wanted the sales person didn't try palming me off with some thing else or similar to my choice. He understood my requirement. Showed me all the samples to make my mind up on what colour to choose. If I am going to be perfectly honest the only thing I would mention is I couldn't take delivery Monday to Friday because I work (which is free delivery) I had to have delivery on a Saturday that I had to pay £10.00. I think that if the shops are open till 19:30 at night you should give the option for delivery upto the same time. Otherwise perfect|

The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was plenty of choice and the man serving us gave us his full attention and listened to what we needed then found the most suitable bed for our needs. He explained each bed and the differences encouraging us to try them out. Overall a very nice person, not at all pushy

David, the salesman in Caerphilly was very friendly, very knowledgable and took his time to understand our needs The store was very well laid out and singable very clear The price we paid was top rate and could not be faulted Overall highly satisfied from beginning to end Was my 1st time to purchase from Dreams but will not be the last and will recommend to family and froends
