I found Timothy Cox (TC26) the storm assistant and the manager Steve to be friendly and knowledgeable regarding my eventual purchase. On entering the store my wife and I were offered refreshments, subsequently Tim Cox allowed us to use his mobile phone to converse with our daughter the recipient of the purchase.
