Dreams - Caerphilly

I was welcomed to the store by a very courteous and friendly assistant, called David. I vaguely had an idea of the type of bed I wanted but he took me through my choices, patiently, and with great knowledge of the products. Nothing was too much trouble. He even made me a cup of coffee and carried my pillow. Who could ask for more. The manager, Steve, even made me another coffee, whilst David was processing my order. David is a credit to your company. Thank you.

Nicola was extreemly helpful and had a lovely personality. I was a bit unsure about what mattress that would suit me and Nicola was really patient and supportive throughout the process. I never felt under pressure to purchase which is important to me. Steve was also very helpful when I decided to buy giving me a really good deal.

Very quick, good understanding of what I was looking for & assistant knew exactly where to find what I needed.

I visited Dreams Caerphilly just because I wanted to look for a better mattress. The bed I bought a few years ago is anything but comfortable and I had been thinking of getting a better one for sometime. Tim the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and I purchased a mattress which I hope will be much better for me.

The person dealing with us was very freindly and informative. He suggested I tried all the beds that I was interested in and also gave me the makeup of the mattresses. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee and was given plenty of time to make the right choice. The person dealing with me was Tim. He was very friendly and informative.

Excellent friendly service at each of my visits. Never been offered coffee in a store before.

Staff were courteous throughout the visit and very helpful when enquiringly about the products. Not pushy with their sales techniques.

Tim was very helpful. I liked his attitude. We didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. I liked the fact that he wasn’t hovering around us or butting in when my husband and I were deciding which product we were going to buy, but he was near enough to call to ask questions; we had a few and Tim gave good advice.
