Steve gave a warm welcome on arriving at the store - not too over powering, just friendly. Asking where the children section was, he guided us to the lift (as we visited with one of our children who's in a push charity) and said where we needed to go. He even offered a drink. On giving us time to look, explained about some of the options and said he confirm one or two of the points raised - delivery times and a cost for assembling. He duly did this and we place the order whilst finishing our drink! Great service, not sold to, every explained in a non pressured way.

We had a pleasant experience at your Caerphilly store today your colleague David was outstanding especially with his knowledge of products and made it easy for us choosing a bed and mattress as we knew which ones where suitable for us we where only looking for a mattress and ended up buying a bed too!! David was very friendly and offered us tea and coffee and didn't pressure us into buying the products which I found we were more at ease browsing for products which we loved! He explored all our possiblites within a payment plan and made us feel at ease with what was manageable for us!. I am very excited with our purchase and can't wait for it to come thank you again we will defiantly returning and recommending you to our family and friends! 5*****
