The staff (Nicolas) was very helpful, polite. Nicola listened to what I needed and wanted. Nicola had a great sense of humour especially to put up with myself, my friend and my mum. I loved the fact that I could try the beds out. Nicola knew all the products inside and out. We all even had a cup of tea and coffee. The service was out of this world. All I can say is walking into Dreams is like Royalty, being treated like Royalty. Thank you Dreams.

Consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. Suggested a range of alternatives and handled the ordering most efficiently.

The store assistant Dave was super helpful took my number and tried his hardest to search for stock in other stores and alternative s that matched my specifications. He was efficient professional and helpful without being pushy. I would definitely recommend dreams based in his service and as this was the first time I've shopped at dreams it was a pleasant experience and I was pleasantly surprised - I also did not know you sold bedding. I'm disappointed I've never tried your store before as I've recently purchased two other new beds and mattresses. I would definitely recommend the Caerphilly store based on the service I received.

A lovely store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The store was about to close at 18.00 but the shop assistant let us in and helped us to choose 2 mistresses, didn't rush us and was more than helpful to stay till we were satisfied with are purchase. How many stores would do that. So thank you David, pitty there isn't more people like you around. I would definitely come back to your store. 10 out of 10.
