Great customer service, the store was quiet and the salesman Tim approached us to ask if we needed help as we were testing mattress. We'd been in a few times before and he remembered which products we had been interested in on our previous visits. He asked some questions further about my preferences and then showed me to the best area of the store for me! I found the perfect mattress, it wasn't too expensive (considering the quality I was expecting to pay more), and it could even be delivered on my choice of dates. When we were told that the product would even be taken up to the bedroom I was delighted! The process of buying was quick and Tim was very friendly. We were even offered cups of coffee on entering the store.

I was served by a happy, friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant. I knew exactly what I was looking for and explained I needed a new bed for my daughter who has epilepsy, he was professional and helpful and directed me to the perfect bed to suit her needs. On deciding to purchase the bed paying and paperwork was straightforward and free delivery would be in a week, I even had the option to have it assembled for a small fee. I have taken out extra over to protect mattress and base from accidental damage which is piece of mind. Overall I was very pleaded with my experience at dreams😊

The friendly and really helpful staff.

The member of staff Tim was very helpful, he ask what I was looking for and he let me know what was available for my needs, he put himself out to sort my requirements, I have a difficult cottage to get furniture up stairs, he was able to show beds that come apart so would fit up the stairs, showed me wardrobes etc that come flat packed and then assembled by the people delivering them, he helped with all our measurements and advised we check before ordering, very freindly staff, can't praise him enough.

We were happy that someone with experience could show us the range of products we were interested in that were in our price range. We also were also impressed with the range of payment options. Tim, our salesman, was informative and good at giving us the space and time to make our decision.

It was easy. No pressure to buy something I didn't need. I left with what I was looking for.
