the service in the store was first class, staff member (ray) was very helpful and obliging he guided us through all the beds and gave all information required,delivery of our mattress was on date and prompt on time.Now we are going back for new base.

Timothy, was very helpful, explained the colour coding on the mattresses, which was helpful. made choosing the right one for me a lot easier. they even offered me a cup of tea, as choosing a mattress is not a quick process. needing to spend time ensuring you chose the right one. Though their 40 night comfort exchange grantee also provides peace of mind. Can not fault the service or helpfulness of all the staff at the Caerphilly store. Whilst Timothy, was on hand to offer advice, he was in no way overly pushy in trying to just make a sale. Listening to what I was looking for and offering advice in a polite non pushy manner.

Ease of shopping also being able to get what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell.
