David gave excellent service without being pushy.My mother was using a walking stick and without hesitation guided us to lift .The storelooked nicely presented.I will visit again.

The salesman, Steve, approached us after we had wandered around the store for a few minutes. He explained the different colour coding son the bed and ascertained what we were looking for. Steve explained each type of mattress and offered s cup of tea whilst we decided which was for us. Steve brought the tea back and asked if he could help with anything else. We asked a few more questions which Steve answered very knowledgeably he then left us to have another look st the beds we liked. We couldn't make up our mind between two beds so Steve offered some advice on both beds and again left us to make s decision. With the decision finally made the sale was completed quickly and easily and s deliverey date of our choosing was agreed. I felt the experience was a very possitvr one with no pressure or hovering by the salesman.

both Steve and Nicola in the Caerphilly store were very helpful,making us coffee and putting no pressure on us. I explained that I have a back problem and we were invited to try all suitable beds. Although the most comfortable one was outside our budget,they accepted this, explained about interest-free payments, but accepted our decision. In fact, the mattress we chose was the first one Nicola had shown us. Steve could see that my back and neck need a lot of support when I lay down, so he suggested that I should try Tempur pillows. These were wonderful, so we bought two. Delivery of the new mattress and disposal of the old one were explained clearly. Steve and Nicola couldn't have been kinder or more well-informed.

Great layout of the store very light clean and tidy Wonderful choice of beds! The lady assistant was very helpful and encouraging us to try the beds which made all the difference Offered tea or coffee by the Manager Paperwork done quickly and offered insurance pillows and protecters A very good experience all round came out of the store feeling very happy indeed

David was very helpful and listened to our needs before making any suggestions. We previously bought a bed from Dreams and David brought up the information of our purchase from 9 years ago. He made us a coffee and gave us plenty of time to chose a new mattress. I was very satisfied with the service and support

David the Gentlemen who greeted me when i arrived in the store was very polite very knowledgeable , answered every question i asked went over the price and items i ordered to ensure there was no Mistake.David told me he is retiring next year he is a credit to your company and employees like David will be missed.i can not speak highly enough of David and if any of my friends or colleauges are looking for bedding i will defintely recommend them to call in and see David.

Someone was on hand to help us as soon as we entered the shop. Stayed with us the whole time that we tried mattresses out. Very pleased with my purchase & the friendly & helpful staff.
