Dreams - Caerphilly

I found what I wanted with help from a member of staff quickly and was happy to get free delivery.

The store was nicely laid out and beds were clearly labelled. The store assistant, David was very helpful and friendly. On a initial visit to the Cwmbran store, where we first saw the bed, Connor was very helpful but Caerphilly store was closer to home to go to to order.

There was plenty of stock to view. We were greeted by a helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were encouraged to try as many beds as we wanted. Stock was all available and the delivery date was very quick Very happy

As we entered the store we saw a bed we liked straight away as we walked over and was looking at the price we was a little confused how the pricing was displayed. Straight away the member of staff (Steve) came over and explained how to work out the amount on the price card. Steve was very helpful. We wanted to have a look at other beds so he said if we needed to ask anymore questions to ask himself or David the other staff member. The two men that were working Steve and David also offered us a cup of tea or coffee which was a lovely thought. We later then was deciding on mattresses and David took us round to our price range to show us different ones that suited us. Me and my partner took a while to decide on a mattress and the two bed frames we was looking at and the david was very patient until we decided which one we wanted. Not rushed or pressured. Lovely visit and the buying process was fab we had our 3 year old with us which was very stressful. Steve was very quick processing our order and explained everything we needed to know about our order. Would highly recommend to family members and friends. Fab visit :)

Your member of staff David was excellent, was met as I came in, new the items I was looking for. From the ordering to completion of the paperwork couldn't fault him, genuinely nice man.

Very friendly and made us feel we were making the right choice.

The woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable. She explained different options to me and didn't push us to buy the most expensive products. She was also brilliant with my son who had got a bit excited "trying" (bouncing on) various mattresses. She gave him colouring to do but also gave him a reason to do it, e.g. show me how well you can colour It, can you add the fences for me, etc.

Did not feel pressured at all and the assistant David very informative and helpful. Was not going to buy that day but was happy with the product and service overall so proceeded with the purchase.

Staff (Nicola) understood what we were looking for directed us to the bed and then made some mattress suggestions. Purchase documentation was completed quickly and all the time with a smile. We were offered coffee or water during the process.
