The Sales Assistant was really approachable and helpful. He listened to our requirements and provided guidance, without being pushy. We had our Grand children with us and we were free to browse, without being bothered.

The customer service was excellent I'm not too good in shops get flustered easily but I actually enjoyed my visit mostly down dee who was brill

From the moment we arrived we were treated respectfully, COVID safety measures were in place and Dee made us feel comfortable, she was very knowledge about the products and after trying the sleep match we were able to test mattresses that were suitable for our sleeping positions, Dee gave us plenty of information about each product and left us to take our time deciding which mattress we preferred, we were offered tea, coffee or water, I opted for water which was swiftly delivered by Dee, after browsing we decided that we would take time out and visit the local supermarket Dee did not take offence which was a pleasant surprised as some stores don't like it when you walk away, we returned to the store after approximately 45mins Dee was again more than helpful and we made our purchase. From beginning to end Dee was more than helpful she gave us time to make our minds up, she was not pushy, and was very informative and made us feel extremely comfortable in the store

Although my original choice was not readily available, the staff found a suitable alternative with a better delivery date. Very experienced member of team dealt with all queries. Very efficient and informative.

The staff where brilliant, highly knowledgeable about all products plus we was offered tea coffee and water

Greeted at the front door with a smile and welcome. Introduced us to the analysis bed which we hadn’t seen or experienced before. Explained how this would be used to analyse the types of comfort available and recommends. Then suggested the make and design of the Ed’s recommended by analysis and took us to several beds on display to allow us to actually experience actual usage for a short spell. Usage of preventive Covid measures was adhered to through out. Allowed us to select the bed without any sales pressure and advised delivery time and expected service available at the point of delivery regarding installation and available disposal means. Placing of the order was without problems. Pleasant manner throughout.

As soon as we walked in we were helped immediately and quickly and we were unsure exactly what mattress we needed but with the help of Richard this took no time
