Staff immediately greeted us, offered beverages even to family members who were with us but not buying. Great stock knowledge. Agreeable to negotiating and making us feel we've got the best deal for us. Did not mean to spend so much but thoroughly happy that we have. Will return next time need arises and will recommend you to friends.

The team at Caerphilly were extremely helpful and patient. We had all of our children with us (one 7 year old and 2year old twins) and took all the time we needed while we were arranging finance and also looking after the kids. Alan was new to the team but ensured that all of our questions were answered and we made a purchase with confidence thanks to him

Having already ordered the Kendall Pocket Sprung divan bed online we called in the Caerphilly store looking for a headboard. Greeted by a gentleman called Dave who listened to what we were looking for and had in mind, pointed us in the right direction and we'd selected one within minutes which Dave checked availability & delivery on. Then linked it to our order and hopefully be delivered this Saturday. Excellent service so far..

I received excellent service from David in Caerphilly store. He did not pressurise me and encouraged me to take my time. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he checked availability for all products before I made my decision. He showed me a range of mattresses and his attentiveness and knowledge enabled me to make a decision. I paid a bit more than I would have liked, however, I am hoping this will work out beneficial with the quality of the products and am satisfied with this. I especially liked the assembly and taking away the old bed and mattress service both of which I was more than willing to pay for.

The staff were helpful from the moment we arrived. We had good service throughout the visit. Both members of staff were extremely pleasant and efficient.
