As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with friendly staff at Caerphilly dreams store. The member of staff asked us to sit on 4 separate mattresses without telling us the prices so we could make up our own mind. Went really quick and were helpful every step of our bed purchase. Me and my partner are over the moon with our choice and can't wait for a comfortable sleep in our new bed.

The assistant (Dave) was very attentive and listened to my needs. He took me to the beds which suited my needs and was very informative and ablihging, this made my visit pleasant.

My husband and I were very satisfied with products that you had in store and were very pleased with the staff who where very helpful in giving us advice on the suitability of various beds which were available in our price affordability. We were given time to way up all our options and then taken through all the order process quickly and efficiently.
