I found the salesman extremely helpful and knowledgable. He guided me towards the perfect buy. He was very efficient without being pushy - giving me time to make my decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Staff at the Store were extremely helpful and spent time explaining about the different mattresses. It was a hot day and we were offered bottled water to drink whilst making our choice. We will certainly return to Dreams in the near future as we need to replace the mattresses on two single beds soon.

We were greeted and were quickly able to state our requirements. Tim, the sales representative understood exactly what we needed and made the whole process very straightforward.

It's the second time I've bought from the caerphilly store, the staff are extremely helpful and very good, I went back this time because I was very happy with my first purchase to return the customer service is excellent.

We were given good advice on selecting a mattress to suit our needs. The person who served us was very knowledgeable and gave us different options. She was very friendly and did not pressurise us at all, we were given plenty of time to make up our minds.

The representative that we spoke to was very friendly and easy to approach. He had great product knowledge and provided advise on which products would be better suited to my needs. After speaking with Alun for a while, his manager Steve actually made me aware that it was Aluns first day! I had no idea! His charisma and passion in his role was outstanding and he is a natural salesman! I had thought he'd been working there for years! Well done Alun!

Spoke to David and told him what we were looking for, he told us where we could find the products in the store and then let us go and have a look for ourselves rather than stay with us. This gave us time to discuss the products, he did pop back several time to check if we needed any more information. This is how I like a sales person to be, offer information, there for questions and leave us to discuss rather than pushing a sale.
