We received great service from the store Manager Steve and his assistant David. Both extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff were helpful during our visit to the store made us feel welcome and left us to look around when we decided what we wanted he told us what options were available on dates for delivery and payment good customer service

Delivery dates to our need was excellent .just important to this delivery as my son is comming back from abroad. Other companies could not match it that why we oredered from Dream beds

The customer care and service was absolutely fabulous. Found exactly what we were looking for with relative ease thanks to the assistance and would highly recommend to others. Also, really happy with the products we got for their reasonable prices.

I went in with firm ideas of what I wanted. The assistant was helpful but not overpowering. He took note of my likes and in the end sold me a mattress £100 cheaper than the one I had intended to buy. He did not try to flog me the most expensive product. I liked his manner and would lok for him again I'd I were shopping there in the future.

We called in to buy bedding and took an interest in the beds available, Steve was well informed and very helpful answering all our questions without being too pushy or intrusive. We decided to proceed with the purchase of a new bed, a bit of an impulse buy, but also did not feel under pressure. All in all, a professional approach. Thank you.

I have a back injury and David the Sales Assistant gave good advice on each mattress in store I tried so that I could select the correct mattress for my needs.

I have a painful spinal condition that causes me issues with my day to day life. I was assisted in choosing the rught mattress which felt amazing for me by a beautiful woman name Nicola. She was amazing and professional in trying to show me and my partner different mattresses to accomodate my back and my girlfriends comfort. She later showed us one and it was just right. I felt i wasnt pressurised or cornered into the sale by nicola. Her service was outstanding and even offered us a hot beverage while we waited during the paper work part of our purchase.

The salesman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I plan on going back to buy 2 double beds.
