Assistant Nicola and manager Steve were excellent. Wonderful manner and extremely knowledgeable and took time to show us various products. Nicola was so friendly we chatted about hols and the fact she was taking her sewing machine with her which gave us a giggle! Steve also made us a cup of coffee! Now you don't get that in many stores but what fab service. And I'm so looking forward to receiving mattress we ordered. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store. Excellent team work!

We arrived to look at purchasing a new mattress for my wife and myself, Nicola assisted us and found a lovely mattress to suit our needs. Whilst there my son saw a bed he liked and again with Nicola's help we were able to decide which set up to buy and a mattress that would suit his body. We were about to pay and looked at a TV bed that we liked, Nicola was again very helpful which made up our mind to purchase it. I am very happy with what we have purchased and Nicola was an credit to your company.

Steve and Dave in the Caerphilly store, were professional and very friendly. They provided us with a really good deal on a new mattress. As someone who makes a significant amount of complaints, it is with tremendous pleasure to feel compelled in writing with complete satisfaction upon the service provided by Steve in your Caerphilly store. From the initial greeting, the in depth product knowledge, managing to satisfy both myself and my husband (which isn't easy) and answering all queries to completing our order, Steve was friendly, observative, profesional and an all round down to earth genuine gentleman.

The sales manager at the time (David) at the Caerphilly store was one of the most helpful salesman I've dealt with for some time.ive been to the store a few times but it was the first meeting with him.I must say that he his an asset to the company.
