Steve was friendly and well presented also mannered and made sure I understood everything before continuing. He had an vast knowledge of the store and everything I asked for in a bed he made it a reality within my budget, He even offered my girlfriend and I a cup of coffee. As for the store itself was very clean well maintained and presentable even with the sale on. If I ever need another bed I will be sure to pop in and talk to Steve and the rest of the staff in Caerphilly. Thanks guys you truly are a credit to Dreams

Richard was very helpful throughout our visit today , once I explained what I was looking for he directed us to all the beds available, showed us various mattress choices, Richard was a lovely friendly salesman very knowledgeable, I have to also say there was only two salesmen on due to sickness , several people browsing, Richard gave us enough time to try several mattress , which gave him time to answer anyone else's queries in store .Very pleased with today's purchase .will be returning to purchase another for my daughter who is returning from uni this summer .so if I should be so lucky to win I will be able to by it for free .many thanks

Couldn't ask for better customer service if I tried steve was fantastic the store was clean and tidy even though they had a lot on with the sale
