Dreams - Caerphilly

We have bought two previous beds from this dreams store and were already highly satisfied so this store was the first we attended to look for our next bed! We were again extremely satisfied with the fantastic service, from initially greeting us and extremely warm welcoming, advice on appropriate beds and efficient organisation of ordering and sale. Thank you!!!

The assistant was very attentive to my requirements and helped me to make the right choice of mattress.

on my first visit richard talked me thru the beds that could suit my mum aged 96. The next day when i brought my mum to the storek david assisted us and talked mum thru the options and advised her. when it came to the optional extras he made it clear. when it came to finance we were particularly pleased with the 9 months interesst free credit as mumhas just bought a house and hasnt sold hers yet so there is a cash flow issue. the delivery time suited us; the chance to have the bed mantled on site for £18 is good.

We visited this store on two occasions. On our first visit we were greeted by Richard & on our second visit were welcomed by David. We explained that we had not purchased a new mattress for many years & were amazed at the products & product knowledge that Richard shared with us. He delivered His knowledge & expertise with a wonderful sense of humour & most importantly "listened" to our needs, our expectations and our budget, at no stage was Richard patronizing or guilty of pushy sales techniques. We returned the next day to confirm our purchase which David dealt with. This proved to be a seamless & extremely professional extension of our first visit to Dreams. What a team !!!! We made our purchase and arrangements were made for the delivery.... We have been kept informed at every stage of the delivery process. Tom looked after Our delivery, once again courteous, informative & respectful . To summarize ...We have had a fantastic experience at Dreams and want to congratulate all those involved in Our purchase. You have gained repeat reapeat custom....without a doubt.

As soon as we entered we were by a very polite and smiling salesman ,which put us at ease straight away he then offered us tea & coffee and let us ramble around the store no pressure at all.He (Richard) was very attentive at all times and was a great help to us, he is very good at his job and people friendly thanks. irish

I was delighted by the friendliness of your staff and impressed with the knowledge of your sales staff. However, I wasn't so impressed by the price of the mattress I bought, considering that a sales event was currently in progress. However, needs must, I suppose!

We were immediately welcomed by Nicola on entering the shop and given the option to browse or ask for advice. We were shown a variety of mattresses and given a full explanation of the differences. We were given time to consider and try each product and Nicola even helped occupy the children as they grew more adventurous! When we had narrowed down our choice we were given options including significant savings on ex-display for more expensive products that we may not have been able to consider. Finally sorting out delivery and payment was quick and all done with a smile and our thoughts at the forefront.

I asked a member of staff about advanced mattresses,the gentleman took me straight to the right department.I was shown the full range of the chosen mattress,i decided which one I wanted,we then went to the counter,where the transaction was quickly processed,the gentleman was most helpful and I would definitely go back to the store.Very friendly and helpful staff,thankyou.

Steve was very efficient and helpful. A very driven salesman.

The sales assistant Nicola was extremely helpful, pleasant and very helpful. She made the sale happen.
