Dreams - Caerphilly

It was a nice comfortable experience. We felt completely at ease during the whole process. We didn't feel pressured nor were we rushed to make a decision. In fact, we were encouraged to stay longer after purchasing in order to drink a cup of tea that was made for us.

The whole process was very easy. The items we wanted to look at were available in store. The assistant David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant. Delivery date was very quick. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Dreams. The workers there were happy and friendly and something that my whole family thought was great was the fact that we were not rushed in any way whilst browsing. In fact, we were even offered a cup of tea or coffee! The open spread layout of the shop definitely helped whilst viewing all of the beds. There was a wide variety of beds, in all shapes and sizes. Nicola, the person that served us was very knowledgeable in every bed we discussed. And even helped us decide which bed to buy our 11 year old daughter. In most shops you go, not all workers are kind to children, however, everyone in dreams was very kind and would talk to my daughter as if she was an adult like themselves. Once we had decided on which bed to buy, the paying arrangements and delivery dates were organised in a matter of minutes, and not to mention the flexible times and dates that were available.

Staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about.

The Man (Steve ?)was very Professional, Polite and spent time helping me chose the right Product at a Great Price Pardon the pun but the experience has been ' A bed-time Dream come True' HaHa Spending time and a little more money has helped me get the Best deal and I've had the best most relaxing nights sleep in years, At last I wake up feeling rested and recharged despite my spinal injuries.Thanks so Much! A very friendly sales assistant with good product knowledge. We were offered sensible advice without being pushed into a product we didn't want. We probably spent a little more than intended but look at it as an investment for a good nights sleep.

Salesman was knowledgeable anc attentive. We quoted a price range to him and he didn't try to push us into a higher price product. Very pleasant manner, explained offers on products fully, also the the protection plans, which we opted for.

Every member of staff we had contact with was extremely friendly and cooperative. Richard who actually served us was as pleasant as could be.
