The service we had was top class . The sales person David was highly knowledgeable and friendly we told him what we needed and he sorted it out for us with many choices. We were offered a tea or coffee which you don't get in many stores. We have been to this store before and will return thank you David for excellent service.

Richard was brilliant with us, even with our very vague descriptions of what we wanted he managed to inform us of all the types of mattress and selections for what we want in terms of storage very pleased. Excellent customer experience overall.

No pressure of your sales rep he let us look at our pace but was available at all times we needed question answering, and explained to us regarding the bed differences.

David at the Cerphilly store was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He knew the products inside out and took the time to understand our requirements and talk us through his product ranges. Sion at the Cardiff store was also helpful and gave lots of advice on which products would best meet our needs.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted very warmly by David, he was extremely helpful in all aspects of telling us about the beds etc. We had a great price for a ex display bed and we are excited about receiving it. If it wasn't for staff like David and his colleague we would not have purchased, keep up the great working attitude, thank you
