Dreams - Caerphilly

My husband suffers with a bad back and we popped into the Caerphilly store on a whim. Dave was very helpful In Directing us to the right type of bed that we needed. He was very patient and We were given a full explanation of the bed/guarantee and delivery. We were very impressed.

Tim the assistant that we dealt with was extremely informative and asked our preferences for mattress, base and headboard. He explained everything in detail and he insisted that we lie on the mattress for complete satisfaction and also said that the mattress could be exchanged within 40 days if not satisfied. As we do not wish to receive immediate delivery, this was not a problem either! Overall highly satisfied with service and would not hesitate to return or recommend Dreams store Caerphilly.
