Dreams - Caerphilly

This is the second time we have purchased a Bed/matterss from dreams store and would definitely use this store again. We were served by Richard who advised us and spent a lot of time with us.

I've used ¬dreams' a number of times and found the service in the store very satisfactory, hence why when I needed new bedding, I automatically came to Dreams

Tim and his colleague were excellent. Helpful. Knowledgeable and even offered me a cup of tea which was lovely.

There was a good range of mattresses clearly laid out in groups. Tim the salesman was able to describe these features and narrow down our choices fairly quickly. It felt like Tim was assisting us rather than selling to us, there was no pressure and he was patient and listened well.

I came to Dreams as I had shopped there previously and knew that I would have appropriate advice and a range of beds to choose from. In addition the 40 night sleep test guarantee is particularly useful.

there was so much selection and we were able to take our time deciding. we were offered refreshments on more than one occasion which we thought was very good. Richard the lad that served us was so helpful nothing too much trouble for him and very chatty and polite. we were very impressed. We are senior citizens so it was to have so much help. We didn't realise so much went into making beds these days Richard explained it very well , thank you Richard. 🙂

Found item desired and given lots of extra help with order that allowed quick satisfactory results

Very knowledgeable staff who listened and responded well, eventually getting the right mattress. It's a shame your range of wooden frames wasn't up to the standard of the range of your mattresses - this was my only disappointment as I didn't like any of them.
