Both Richard and Steve were excellent in their attention to detail and knowledge.

Tim who dealt with us as soon as we walked through the door was great and was very patient with my wife who was choosing a new mattress, she suffers with MS, so was going from one to quite a lot in the shop, Tim got us both a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome, explaining all the differences between each mattress my wife was trying making the experience very pleasurable.

It's all about good customer service which in my opinion we did have. We knew what type of bed we wanted and the colleague there gave us information on it which helped us in purchasing the bed for us.

As I have a back problem which I explained to the sales men he showed us the different types of mattresses then left us to try them and when we had any questions he answered them for us there was no pressure to buy we where told to take our time we found the sales man david very helpful and the manager Steve

Tim was very friendly. He had fantastic product knowledge and gave us great advice. My partner has back problems and he worked with us to direct us to the right type of mattress. He was fab.
