Assistance was given, without being overbearing. The store was tidy and well laid out. Was offered cup of tea while browsing. No pressure sales tactics were used.

Was greeted by Tim at Caerphilly store, he was friendly, welcoming and took the pressure out of our whole experience. Tim had a brilliant knowledge of the product and was quick and efficient at finding us what we wanted. Nice to visit a store and not feel harassed...he even made us a cuppa, which was a refreshing change. When we chose our product, Tim offered us a few products to go with our bed. Will recommend Tim and Dreams to everyone. Well done....First Class experience.

Very friendly service. Didn't rush us around the store. He gave plenty of useful information.

The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful. He even made different suggestions and offers us tea and coffee. We were desperate for a mattress so had to buy one but I paid more than I was hoping for because dreams tend to be a little pricey and I also found a cheaper mattress elsewhere after buying this one. Overall satisfied but would probably look elsewhere before committing to dreams
