Dreams - Caerphilly

Pleasant reception from the Sales Manager (Steve) when entering the Caerphilly store, drinks were offered before we entered into a discussion of what type of mattress we were looking for (having previously spent some time looking at the dreams website proved a good grounding). Steve was very patient and understanding, showing us various types of mattress across our agreed price range. A type was finally agreed, then entered a very smooth ordering procedure during which extended warranties/disposal of existing mattress/delivery timescale was discussed. A very successful and relaxed visit, would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

This is the second time I have visited Caerphilly Store and both times have been an extremely satisfying visit. The Staff are what they should be - professional yet friendly .. Im just looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress on Thursday ( very fast delivery)... I will be visiting again soon for a 3/4 mattress. THANKYOU
