Dreams - Caerphilly

I had looked on line at a variety of products with a mind set on a product price. On entering the store a sales person was free and showed me the products available. Sale agreed and a quick purchase made.

I bought my bed frame from the same store last year, and was greatly satisfied by the service and the offers that were made available to me, therefore it was important to me that I went to the same store this year to look for my new mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered us tea and coffee while we sorted out the paper work. Would definitely go back there in future for my products

I was lucky to be served in purchasing my bedroom furnitire by the same gentleman who served me when I purchased my mattress earlier this year. He was kind and patient. He sat down with me and went through the measurements of my room and the furniture I was purchasing. He was very polite and had a little humour. He was thorough in going through all the details, telling me what comes inside the wardrobes advising how they come and that they will be fitted for me which is one of the main reasons why I chose Dreams as I am disabled with 2 young children and my husband works away all week. I was confused which ones to order whether to have 1 door corner unit then a 3 door wardrobe or to go for the 2 door corner unit and then a 2 door wardrobe, he was very patient with me whilst I made my choice as sometimes I get confused and have difficulty in making decision. He made the whole process very easy for me.

When entering the shop in Caerphilly we were immediately helped by a person we now know as Dave, after explaining what requirements we were looking for he escorted us to the area where we would find in our case a matress for my wife ( who suffers from a bad back ). We recently bought another matress which was totally inadequate for my wife Mary and seeing offers in your store on television thought we would 'check it out'. Dave was very informative in the questions that were asked of him and was not in any way 'pushy' as some salesmen tend to be, to this point he left us to browse the items whilst organising refreshments for my wife and I. We had no intentions in spending vast amounts of money as being pentioners we have to 'watch the pennies ', I decided that money is secondary to comfort and made the purchase. Thanks Dave.

It was a busy time after the Christmas break, the store was extremely busy yet both staff - Richard & The manager made time for us guiding us in the right direction of the store even offering tea /coffee to ease the wait ! Coming back to us straight away & periodically whilst we browsed & they finalised with other shoppers.
