Friendly service and not to pushy during sales. Didn't try to add on extras that we didn't need.

We were welcomed to the store and given general advice about the sales and delivery. When asked what we wanted we explained and were shown to the beds for our needs and left to look around. The salesman was helpful and did not pressurise us to make a sale. When I asked questions about mattress types it was explained well. When we needed help the salesman David assisted us and then left us to make up our mind. We were also offered tea / coffee and there were customer toilets also available. Everyone at the store were very friendly.

On arrival to the store in Caerphilly, Richard greeted me in a friendly manner and even offered me a cup of coffee as I was originally there to browse and see what was on offer. He let me wonder around the store but was always offering advice about the various mattresses and their content. He seemed very knowledgeable about the make up of the mattresses and therefore this helped me to decide on both the bed and the type of mattress that would be suitable for my needs. Very satisfied with the service. They were also very accommodating when I had to rearrange delivery.

This is the 3rd time I've visited the store in the past 3 months and made a purchase each time. I have been well advised and offered an excellent service each time.

Steve and David in Caerphilly store were very friendly, attentive, helped me find my ideal bed and mattress and get my products delivered within a short lead time. Very lovely guys!

We knew what product we were looking for and Tim took us straight to the relevant section of the store. He also offered us the chance to look at other products to test the difference.
