Richard was excellent. Didn't over sell or push, but always there when we had a question and was constantly working at solutions to help our budget and specific requirements. Well trained staff!

We went to store explained what we were looking for. They new exactly what we wanted and were shown around options in our bugdet

Steve and David who both assisted us in store had all the time in the world to chat with us and find out our needs and showed us numerous beds and mattress to suit myself and my husband and also get us the best value deal. Excellent and very friendly customer service from the gents!

Tim was patient, knowledgeable and no hard cell sales tactics.

The assistant understood readily what I was looking for and why there was an urgency behind my need (87 year old mother must have bed downstairs for mobility reasons) and was able to provide exactly what I wanted and in short time and at an excellent price.

We were very well attended to, even though it was near closing time. We were shown several mattresses and Tim really helped us figure out which would be best for both of us.

I was treated with respect by a friendly assistant and acknowledged by another. He was aware of my needs and showed me suitable products explaining all associated with the bed.

Dreams was quick, thorough, friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable whilst discussing what bed I required.

Tim (the salesman) was very informative and helpful without being pushy. Everything I needed was dealt with very easily and Tim even price matched the cash back I would have got if I ordered my bed online with quidco. Great customer service and lovely products at good prices!
