I was very pleased with the service of the staff David in particular. I was offered tea and coffee whilst placing order. A very quick delivery of service and understanding of product was spot on .

From the moment we set foot in the store we were assisted by Tim who help us to decide on the right mattress for us, we tried out a few mattresses in the price we wanted to pay and made a choice from two that was right for us until my hubby said about a memory foam one and with assistance also from manager Steve, we tried the one that we ordered out and knew it was the one even tho it was more than 3 times the price, we were offered a tea or coffee the customer service by both was second to none we also bought bedding and pillows and also the 8 years service plan. We were also happy that the mattress has the 40 day trial with spending a lot of money on a mattress we get to be right that it is the one for us and also it being delivered to suit our needs, will definitely be back in the future and will pass on the service i received to my family and friends.

Friendly member of staff called David, very knowledgeable & not pushy. Allowed us to try out the mattresses on our own etc. Very efficient & gave us a good deal

The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite especially the salesman that helped us with our order. The order was also taken very quickly with delivery date options, giving us time to decorate before my sons new bed is delivered. We have received email and text message regarding time and date of delivery. Very satisfied with the prompt info. Many thanks dreams keep up the great customer care we have received so far.
