This is the second time this year that I have purchased products from your Cerphilly store. Both times I have received excellent customer srvice and and a great deal.

David was very professional and knowledgeable about the products for sale in the store. He gave us a price promise with our items against other companies and would match their price if we could find cheaper. The finance was sorted out quickly and efficiently.

The two gentleman that assisted me were very knowledgeable and friendly, even offering us a cup of tea or coffee and as I have mobility problems were very patient. They made sure that I didn't rush and also made sure that I picked the bed and mattress that was correct for my needs. I had bought my last bed from Dreams 10 years ago and they even traced my last order so that I could purchase a mattress of similar firmness. Lovely staff, great teamwork and I would definitely buy from this store again.

Good selection of bed. Tried other retailers too but none had the selection in comparison!

I contacted the store over the phone to repeat a previous order and the store representative (David) quickly identified me and placed a subsequent order.

went to the Caerphilly store and was served by timothy who was very helpful as we have a disabled son he help us amazingly . He let us take our time and showed us a video of what the bed could do explained the different matress offered us a cup of tea and when we went there a second time his polite manner and welcome was still the same amazing service once again . We bought the bed and tim was bending over backwards to get us the best he could ans once again saved us loads of money . would highly recommend the shop and if you do go there ask for timothy outstaning to the genaral public .

On entering greeted by Richard who advised on products availability etc on first ascertaining our requirements. Provided refreshment whilst we browsed resulting in purchase of exact product we required.
