Returned to Dreams to be greeted once again by Tim. He was as always, polite, welcoming and great to help me find exactly what I needed really quickly.

Tim was very helpful in guiding us to what we wanted and had a good product knowledge and price information

In the past year we have bought a bed for ourselves and for our oldest child from Dreams and on this occasion we come back to buy a bed for our youngest child, obviously coming back on repeated occasions shows how satisfied we have been with the beds we have bought, but I must say and I can not say this more positively the customer service we had from your staff member David was in my view the best I have ever experienced and if there is any staff rewards scheme you do then this gentleman should be given it, he is a great asset to your business and the main reason why I'm scoring the experience we had so highly.

We live in Merthyr Tydfil and on each occasion we have visited to buy a bed we have been pounced on and just did not like what seemed to be high pressure sales techniques which made us so uncomfortable that we will not go there again. We happened to be passing Caerphilly and popped in really by chance and had a completely different experience with Dave who put us at ease , empathised with how we wanted to approach things yet was on hand to explain the options in an informed and pleasant manner.

The manager spent time explaining the various types of mattresses available. We were offered a number of options and various ways of paying for the items excellent customer service skills

The store assistant, David, was very knowledgeable on the construction of our purchased bed. He gave a clear description of the mattress design and was able to provide a selection of headboards for our bed. David's care and attention to detail made us feel confident we were purchasing the right bed for our son. Overall a very satisfying shopping experience.

Good friendly helpful staff...excellent price and quality

David was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Refreshments were offered and all staff were very polite. The store was immaculately clean and beds were well 'dressed'. Overall a very enjoyable experience was had in the store.
