Dreams - Caerphilly

Staff in the shop were friendly, helpful and not at all overbearing. Queries were answered professionally and in a knowledgeable manner. We had two deliveries and on both occasions the delivery men were very quick, polite and efficient. The bed is of good quality and above all, comfortable! Very impressed.

Steve firstly made us most welcome,nice to have been offered a cup of tea,and showed us around the beds that were best for our needs.Would like to say that time was allowed for us to discuss each one and by not being pressured felt that we could decide the same day.Would like to thank Steve for all his help in our experience with Dreams today.

David was friendly helpful and very cheerful. approached but did not harass us. When we were ready to decide david pointed us in the right direction to try different mattress.

The sales people where very helpful and asked exactly what we needed and they could guide us to the right bed for our needs

I was highly satisfied because there was lots of room in store and plenty of beds.. and the staff was very helpful....will till friends and family keep it up 10/10

I firstly went to a different store where they couldn't help but they made some calls and found a store near by that could. when we turned up and David supported me with my purchasesister as soon as I got through the door. he understood what I needed asome he had listened to my particular problem. he then made suggestions and explained exactly why it would help.

We were well looked after and offered a coffee on a cold wet morning which was very nice indeed. The staff were efficient and courteous and very helpful-- especially Steve who told us to enter code 918 for the competition. Yours Sincerely David Keith Edwards.
