David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to understand my son's needs for his new bed and recommended the best ones for us.

David Stowell sales was highly competent

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by a staff member (Tim) who gave us excellent product choice so we were able to find what we wanted very quickly and with ease. We were offered tea/coffee which I thought was a nice touch, even though we refused, was still nice to be asked. We were talked through our sale details and given all the information we needed. We were offered pillows at an unbelievable clearance price, although we initially didn't think of having pillows we added that to our products. I thoroughly recommend your store and our two boys are looking forward to their new beds.

Richard the Sales guy was very good he took the time to listen to our needs in a mattress, and after listening to that was able to recommend a number of products which we were able to make a choice for our selves, he was very witty and charismatic with out being pushy in his sales perfect :D
