Absolute brilliant customer service, Tim in the Caerphilly store couldn't do enough to help us. Will definitely be using Dreams again!

The overall experience was quick and simple. I was out of the shop within 10-15 minutes with the mattress I needed. I was staff were very friendly and understood exactly what I wanted which made my experience be at ease. I would recommend the store to any friend and family and will be certainly returning myself in the future.

Steve the store manager was very quick to notice I had walked in to the store, I already knew the mattress I would like to try out. Steve knew exactly where the item was in the store. Then he was very quick and helpful in finding the deal for the mattress that suited my needs.

Tim was very helpful. We didn't know what type of mattress we wanted so he showed us the full range. He was very pleasant and we did not feel pressured into making a purchase. Overall a fantastic shopping experience.
