We needed a new mattress, there are so many types now we didn't know what to choose. Richard, the assistant explained everything about the mattresses. He also showed us different pillows. Excellent shopping experience.

David was very helpfull and eficientand took directly to the item we wanted.

The service Steve provided was excellent. He was more than happy to help us and didn't push for sales which is always appreciated. Also sat through and helped us resolve the problems we had with our cards.

I had need for a specific mattress at a specific price. I was prepared to shop around for it. Dreams was my first call after researching on the internet which had pointed me to other stores. The salesman did a good job of comparing your product with the one I had in mind and between him and the manager, we were able to come to a satisfactory deal. Help was readily available as soon as I entered store Every choice was clearly explained and although I had only gone in to see what was available I decided that the offers on display were too good not to buy immediately

Richard the assistant was very helpful, he explained the different types of mattresses and showed us the various types of bases for the beds. He told us of the various offers available for pillows, guarantee and cover sheet for the mattress. We discussed the terms and condition for payment when placing the order and options if we did want to change the mattress etc., We had a cup of coffee while we were carrying out the transaction. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable and we carried out the transaction smoothly.

Sales assistant was very patient, helpful and friendly without being overpowering
