We chose the Caerphilly branch where The staff were very welcoming but didn't bombard us when we arrived and allowed us a little time to browse before offering helpful. We were approached by Derry who was able to give us lots of useful advice and was open to asking other colleagues if he wasn't sure on something to make sure all his info was correct

The lady who helped us was very friendly and efficient. We wore masks in the store and thought it was lovely that we were asked if we would like some water as wearing masks can make your throat dry. The ordering process was quick and easy and we were very impressed by everything.

You were very helpful and allowed us to say what we wanted
