Dreams - Caerphilly

I was very pleased with the help and guidance I had from Steve at Caerphillys Dreams store. He helped weigh out pros and cons of the two beds I looked at. He was very friendly and offered us a cup of tea when chatting about our decision. He explained everything to us in detail as we are first time home buyers and looking for our own furniture without parents help as we are independent. Very pleased with the offers we received too.

We were helped by Steve who was very approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not rush us and through his expertise we were able to make a decision as to which type of mattress would be suitable for us. We came away extremely satisfied and pleased with the service we received from Steve.

The salesman was very attentive and his product knowledge was first class.well done.

Steve our salesman was friendly, knowledgable and took our wants on board showing us the products that were right for us. The staff were not overbearing and left us to browse without bothering us, there is nothing more off-putting than a pushy salesman. We would say the staff at the Caerphilly branch have it just right, also Steve makes a lovely cup of tea!

Good customer service and nice staff

My mother and I wanted to buy a mattress but we weren't immediately pestered as soon as we walked into the store like some stores do. I hate it when u walk into a store and u are immediately pounced on by the workers there even before uve looked around. Tim came over and said if we needed any help he was there and then he left us look around where upon I mentioned I wanted a firm mattress. He showed us the mattress and told us they were priced checked with which we were happy with. He was very quick in putting order thro with delivery dates. Very quick and friendly service. Would def shop there again & recommend to family and friends. Just out of curiosity whilst looking for a carpet up the road I did have a look at the price of their mattresses and they were more than double what what we paid at Dreams.so very happy we went there first!
