We came for a mattress for our holiday let. Your assistant showed us around and explained everything

from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile ,the store rep that we went to see was busy with another customer so another rep asked if we wouldn't mind waiting for 10 mins and then he offered me and my wife a cup of tea for our patience while we waited.when we eventually met our rep he couldn't be more helpful in telling us the different types of beds/mattresses that would suit our needs.we found the overall experience in dreams went very very well,both happy with the price and type of mattress that we purchased that same day.at dreams we were given a delivery day and times and on the day of delivery they telephoned me with a more precise time of which they kept too.overall a wonderful experience at dreams .thank you very much .brian&tracey

David gave us a lot of help to choose the mattress we knew which bed we wanted

We were approached by a team member and directed to the products we were considering. We were given plenty of time to make our choices and didn't feel pressured or rushed into a decision. The team member (Richard) was relaxed and friendly and was able to answer all our questions.

The salesman who assisted me was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my visit to the store. I had previously looked at the bedroom furniture that I ordered in store, on line and the salesman was easily able to deal with my questions and suggest alternative ideas about the specific items that I o ordered to best fit in with my bedroom plan.

This is the third time we have purchased a mattress at Dreams store Caerphilly. Each time we have received excellent assistance and advice from staff in Particular David and Steve the store manager. This visit we were looking for a 'Tempur' mattress, David patiently talked us through the different types and we eventually settled on the' Tempur Cloud' . Thankyou Dreams.

A gentleman called Tim approached us upon walking through the door being friendly and welcoming very helpful we did say that we had a certain price range in mind which he helped us with to find our perfect mattress. Very happy with our purchase and the custom we received there was no fuss and we took that marttress home straight away! We already have our eye on the next purchase from your dreams store

We came into the store with the bed frame we wanted in mind, Tim knew exactly what we wanted straight away and pointed out the different options we could have. He then talked to us about possible mattress options and asked us what we prefer after telling him he pointed out some of the better suited options which we loved.
