your sales person was extremely knowledgeable spoke very clearly in terms which i understood. even though we went into the store at nearly closing time on a saturday he still gave us plenty of time with no rushing. he wasnt pushy or demanding. he also had a very commical personality. i would rate him 10 out of 10

On entering the store we were welcomed by Tim who managed to understand and help us on vague information given to us by my daughter. He was jovial, helpful and showed excellent product in guiding us to our selected choice of mattress. He made our visit to the store a very pleasurable experience and we will certainly highly recommend your store.

when we arrived at the store tim greeted us and directed to the type of mattresses we were interested in. HE explained every thing about the mattress we wanted so we could try them out.

The store is well laid out. Your welcomed as soon as you enter, but then your left to browse your not pressured as soon as you go in, I like that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
