Dreams - Caerphilly

The whole experience of shopping at Dreams was a pleasure. The sales manager was very helpful and informative and I feel that we made a good choice of bed. Little touches like offering bottled water and asking if we were comfortable made all the difference. I will definitely recommend this store.

We would highly recommend the Caerphilly store to our friends and family after our recent visit. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable on the products in store and couldn’t do enough for us. Big thanks to Steve and Deri for all your help and assistance with picking the perfect bed for us.

Alun was very informative about the various products, explained how the tech bed would find our ideal mattress and was then able to direct us to suitable products for our consideration.

The assistant initially assessed our needs and offered appropriate advice. Without this it would have been a minefield to find the appropriate mattress.

I had a bed in my mind when I came to the store but it was discontinued in this model as it was many years ago that I purchased one like it. However Steve knew the model and showed me the same style in the new range. To be sure it was right for me I laid on a bed that calculates all my needs and the bed he showed me was the correct one for me. Steve was so polite and professional. Whilst at the store we felt welcomed and looked after we even offered refreshments which was a lovely gesture. Whilst paying everything was explained clearly. We added old mattress collection and insurance to our order. We declined on the pillows not because we didn’t love them but because we already purchased some 2 years prior. We have been dreams customers for decades and would never shop anywhere else. We love the quality of your beds, mattresses and accessories. We also enjoy shopping at the Caerphilly store as the staff are so helpful and friendly and we always highly recommend your company to friends and family.

Every aspect of the transaction was polite, informal and explanatory and we experienced no pressure to make an instant decision and we were treated with respect. A highly satisfactory experience

Dee was very attentive offering pillows for us to ‘test out’ beds appropriately and paper roll for health and safety purposes. We told her what it was we were after (quite specific) and she guided us quickly to the options available to us. She gave us time to trial and take a decision - no pressure! Dee made it easy to place a deposit and supported us in understanding the finance options. We eventually decided on paying off as a lump sum and she explained that we could phone the bank details across (as our children were becoming grouchy!) excellent customer service!
